 + 0 moreFirst meeting was for walk-thru and estimate. Understood our budget concerns and answered questions in lay-man's terms. Offered options and do now/do later possibilities. Arrived on time, did work with minimal disruption and totally cleaned up afterwards. Programmed everything, went over controls and promised not to laugh if we called for a refresher/question. Al is the man!

 + -1 moreLooked at what we had and listened to what we wanted, keeping in mind there was a budget. Offered some various methods of achieving our goal, at once or over time. EXTREMELY neat and cleaned up COMPLETELY after job was done. VERY professional and instructional.
