I called Bo at Shamrock Well & Pump. He said a crew would arrive by 10 AM and they were right on time. They diagnosed the problem and determined that a new water pump was needed. By noon they were done and we had water again. By noon the job was done and we had water again.

Bo called me back promptly after leaving a message and talked me through some tests over the phone to try to fix the problem. When none of those worked he scheduled an appointment for 10 am the next day. Brandon and Joel arrived early and quickly determined that the pump was broken. Brandon reviewed the options to help me decide what size replacement was best, not automatically selling me in the most expensive option. Brandon and Joel were knowledgeable and friendly. The work was completed in under two hours and everything is working perfectly.

Another professional wanted to replace the whole system. This company repaired for fraction of cost!

Bo and Brandon were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They are very efficient and thorough. And, anyone who has a well knows how difficult it is to find a reliable well company. Having a well as my only source of water, my mind is at ease knowing I can call Shamrock Well for all my well needs.

Bo and his partner assessed the work done by the prior service provider and was not comfortable with the extent of the work done. They performed a line compression test and surmised that there was a leak in the line between the house and the well. Excavation found a six inch split in the line. This was repaired along with other parts.

The 2015 installation of new pump and water holding system (i.e., Blue Tank and Pipes in Basement) went great and cost less then what others quoted by a lot. As indicated, they gave on phone advise on water pressure issue we had a few days ago that fixed issue. No charge but claimed they would gladly come out if we still had issue. Great company.
