+ -1 moreProfessional hardworking courteous crew. Arrived early , worked late (until 7pm)to get the job done. Is there a 20 star rating? They definitely deserve it. Highly recommend Malec Tree Service. I have already hired them to spray for gypsy moth caterpillar .

Malec Tree Service provided an estimate the same day, came a few days later as promised and did a great job of managing the project, carefully preventing any further damage to my neighbor's and my property and fence. They had equipment and knowledge that I haven't always found in tree services. They were friendly yet very professional. They did a thorough job of cleaning things up. I would definitely plan to use them again.
Description of Work: Needed to have my giant dogwood tree which was ripped out of the ground by a windstorm removed from my yard and my neighbor's trees and fence

+ -1 moreThe four man crew arrived, got right to work, and did an amazing job. They cleaned up after themselves, swept the driveway, steps, and even the street. The oak looks beautiful and the work was exactly what I asked for.
Description of Work: We had Malec remove large branches from our 100+ year black oak which were grazing our roof and preventing sunlight from killing lichen. They also treated a maple tree losing leaves and pruned its dead branches.

+ -1 moreEvery visit is fine. The technician takes great pains to move bird feeders and other items from the area being sprayed. He has also been quick to offer tips and recommendations regarding the trees on my property. Could not be more satisfied.
Description of Work: Not only have they saved my hemlocks but they have also revitalized a black birch that was in peril of being cut down. For almost 15 years Malec's has been coming to my home 4 times a year to spray the hemlocks andmost recently to fertlize the birch.

+ -1 moreFrank Malec came by on Thursday and reviewed and priced the job for me. The firm came in on Wednesday and did the work. I was in work and I missed it, unfortunately. I left a check the next day for pick up. I am astounded at the work they did. It turned out a million times better than what I envisioned.
Description of Work: Malec Tree removed the lower branches from over a dozen of our deciduous and evergreen trees so that the yard is opened up and the grass grows better (without chemicals). These trees are beautiful VERY MATURE trees.
