Description of Work: It was the Saturday after Thanksgiving and the tub wouldn't drain or the kitchen sink. My husband had passed away and he had always handled the household matters. I thought that maybe the cesspool needed to be pumped. I called and explained my problem. He was very helpful and came over within a couple of hours. He checked the cesspool before he pumped it out and said that he didn't think that was where my problem was and that he wouldn't pump it out if I wanted to wait and have the plumber come first. I had him pump it anyways because it had been a few years. After he pumped the cesspool, the tub and kitchen sink still would not drain. He tried snaking the drains for me, which he didn't have to do, but couldn't find anything. He showed me down in the basement which pipe bend that he thought my clog was and explained that he didn't have a snake to go that far in. It was not the main drain but where a side drain connected to the main drain. When the plumber came it was in the spot he had showed me. The gentlemen from Burrillville Cesspool Cleaning went far and above what he needed to do. He also gave me tips about how to keep the cesspool cleaner. I will definitely use him in the future when I need the cesspool pumped again. He was very helpful and highly professional. I whole heartedly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Mike the owner found the exact location of my access lid (by eyeballing it), dug, lifted off the lid, and snaked the main line and freed up the clog. Mike then put everything back, lid, dirt and sod.

Description of Work: THEY PUT IN A NEW CEMENT CAP ON MY WELL AND CLEANED IT OUT.
