We called a few companies over the weekend, Jared from Brinx called Is back on a Sunday.( only company to call back ) - answered all our questions - we hired him and he arrived on site and handled the situation Monday am. Simply impressive customer service and great follow through.

My email was answered with a phone call from Jared almost immediately. He arrived promptly when he said he would. After looking at the problem, he gave me a very detailed explanation of what was happening, his proposed solution, had me watch a video, and then did the work. So far, I am very pleased with the service.
