Jared spent just over 1 hour here. When I talked to a woman initially I believed I was getting a one-time examination of the house, holes where mice could get in filled and baits put around the house. He said the holes he found were not the kind he could fill. Then he did place baits but said he needed to come back for considerably more money to set more. He already had charged me a bigger price because my house was big which I agreed to for the first visit. I just did not think the service was worth the money I received. To be fair I do not know if my mouse problems are solved.

Jared, owner, was knowledgeable about carpenter ants behavior and needs. He explained the product, and noted on the invoice, used to treat our house. His customer service manner was outstanding. We plan to call Brinx again in the spring to schedule a preventive treatment.

Jared came to the house and immediately recognized that there was another wasp nest that we had not noticed. He explained what he was going to do, did it very professionally, and then told us to call if we still noticed an issue.

Jared was very good. Right on time as scheduled. Told me what he was going to do. Took about a hour to remove the black hornets’ hive which was about the size of a rugby ball. Over 100 hornets. After he completed the job he showed me the results. If anything comes up to call him. Price was great and so was the service!

The owner, Jared, came within the one hour window that was scheduled. He was friendly and reviewed our situation then got right to work. It's been a few days later and the results are obvious. Dead ants in areas we never expected are showing up inside and outside our house. We will certainly use Brinx again.

I used Home Advisor to identify a company to control ticks and mosquitoes in my yard. Within a hour or two Brinx called me and explained their services. She didn’t make a sales pitch and appeared to be very honest about the limitations of their process. I made an appointment for the next day. They arrived early, did their job quickly and answered all my questions. I didn’t give them 5 stars for value because the service is fairly expensive, although I assume fairly priced.
