I reached out on a Sunday, got my WDO inspection the following Tuesday. Kimberly was great and so was my field tech.

Was not able to treat on the first visit due to equipment issues. Completed the treatment on the second visit. Had to return for a third visit to finally eliminate all the bees. Very good customer service skills. Followed up to make sure everything was ok.

Not sure how good yet. Still seeing some. Giving it more time to work

They were extremely flexible and able to get a pest inspection done at a time no one else would be able to do it during a weekend in order for me to close on my house.
