The person from Brinx showed up promptly, examined the house, laid bait traps. He found no evidence of infestation, yay. He offered to set up a recurring service, but was very low-key. It was fast and efficient.

Hired to control yellow jackets. When the first treatment did not control them, they came back to solve the problem and get rid of these wasps. They were friendly, and professional , and my wasp problem is gone.

While other company charge $300 one time fee that covered up to three initial visits and two control visits during following year, Brinks Professional Pest Control charged me $350 for the first visit AND was going to charge additional $168 for each visit that would be necessary to finish the job, with no follow up visits. It was a big (and expensive) mistake to hire them. Please don't repeat it.

They were only at my house for 15 min, didn't even go in attic or basement, and told me to call if it looks like the stuff they put in mouse hole is coming out, I called 5 days later to tell them the mesh was coming out, and they never even called me back

I wasn’t able to go to the meeting but my husband went and felt that the representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. I know that this worked because less than a week later I saw a mouse that got trapped on one of the glue traps we had trying to escape and then a day later was dead so I think it was a success and the tools are doing exactly what they need to do

I am very pleased with Brinx. Jared listened to everything I expressed concerns about and has started addressing the issues I am having with mice. He will be checking back in the future to be sure there have been some results.

I provided the professional with a detailed explanation of the problem I had with mice and where I believed they had been coming from based on the traps I had laid a couple of days prior, he listened intently. He even bent on one knee and pointed a flashlight once or twice but, by the end of my service, I had paid $300 for someone to lay traps as I had done in the same places I had. I called back to request more for other areas of the house that had **signs of activity** fore I had been underserved and was told it would be another service fee. Inadequate evaluation of the home in this business is literal bait and switch and I am no damn mouse!

Came the same day I called them. Very polite helpful technician. Knowledgeable about the issue we we’re having. Price was very reasonable.
