THEIR POISON DOESN'T WORK AND NEVER HIRE JARED! He disappeard and never respond call/email within guraranty period after we paid.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I ve ever had. They went out of their way to solve an incredibly challenging problem and even called just to see how I was doing afterward. They were on time, professional, clean, and kind. Can t say enough about Jared and Kelly!

Jared was pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained his procedure as he did a thorough search looking for the mouse entry points. He moved appliances and furniture in a professional and careful way. Best of all, he allayed my wife's anxiety with his calm, no-problem, manner.

Inconsistent communication, I call and only able to leave voice message, sent text and they do not call back, I still have pest issues.

Very professional, followed up right away, arrived between the hours they stated and the technician was very knowledgable, courteous and friendly. I would recommend them to my friends. To be honest, they are like cardiac surgeons, you hope to never need their services more than once. :-)
