$300 for an inspection that took 1/2 hour after showing up an hour late to appointment. Inspector seemed knowledgeable. Ultimately did a fine job, and sent a one page report and quote for $1400 of further services that were recommended.

The tech Jared was informative and let me know each step of the process and why.

The Service Man showed up in the rain to get rid of Bees. Ridiculous, because He said He was going to use POWDER to treat them. In the rain?

Was available the next day. Found mouse holes right away. Spent time plugging holes and baiting property. Much more care taken than the large companies Iv used. Looking forward to giving them my business.

I was very impressed by how responsive they were. We found a bee’s nest right beside my 9 month old sons’s bedroom. We needed to get this treated as soon as possible and they were able to re-areange their schedule to help us the following day. The in-person service was also great.

Jared came to exterminate the apartment. However, the mice remained, his excuse was that the holes were too big, and he could not patch them. He agreed to return but never did. I hired a second company and they resolved the problem and mice no longer a problem. UPDATE: emails were sent to Jared however he never assisted: **Good day Could you go out and fill the other holes? and let me know where the holes are that need to be patched by the carpenter? Thanks, Maurice. Let me see when we will be back in the area.**

The excellent costumer services and client needs. They check the area and worked in the affected area. The price was good for only the affected area. Such nice people starting from the office to my house. I will call them again and again.

Jarod was very thorough and explained what was going on with our mice issue. Will call Brinx again if needed.
