"It went terribly. From the start AllPhase was late for every appointment. When asked to tell me when they were late or when they would get to work I would not hear and would have to chase them for updates. They had to return multiple times because every time they would do something it would not work. The freezer is still not working after I paid AllPhase $3000. I've lost hundreds of dollars worth of food and had to buy a chest freezer. I've also had to hire another company to actually finish the job. I have given AllPhase an opportunity several times to do the right thing and issue a refund but i have been ignored."
