Overall, the gutter cleaning went very well.

used this list to find a contractor and was totally delighted with the professionalism of the company...the estimate was on time and the work took 2 days as stated...new gutters and new doors on the barn...we were so delighted that we have hired the company to put in new windows when the weather breaks...we now have a contractor for life!

Unfortunately, the coupon for the deal expired before I used it. No work was done.

After placing a call to Ark, the owner Noah came out to meet with us to discuss our project. He provided a fair price and completed the project on time. The owner and his helper came to our house as scheduled to clean our gutters and were very nice. They worked quickly and appeared to be efficient and the price was right. After they left we noticed that they threw the gutter debris on the lawn and on the deck without picking it up. I expect when we have this type of service that they clean up after themselves.

This was one of Angie's special deals. The company did a good job. I especially liked that they sent a group email explaining that because of the large response, they were doing houses in groups according to location and you should contact them if you needed to be home when they arrived.

Mr. Cook and another gentleman showed up on-time and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone. When speaking with Mr. Cook, I mentioned that I had my chimney repointed a year ago and it just started leaking again. He said he would take a look and let me know if he saw anything. He took some photos of the chimney with his cell phone and came down off the roof and showed me the pictures and explained that there was a gap between the cap and chimney. He said he had some cement filler in his truck and he could fill in the gap for me for a small nominal fee. I agree and he performed the chimney repair. I was very pleased and will not hesitate to contact him for future home improvement services. :)

Noah isn't the cheapest but the work is well done and he is professional and on time. I would rather pay someone a little more for quality work. I highly recommend Noah and have hired him again to do so some work for me. Noah was absolutely on budget and didn't charge anything over his quote. I only give the A/B because he isn't cheap. But you get what you pay for and I'd rather pay for quality and reliability.

We had storm damage where a branch fell and put a hole through the roof and our kitchen ceiling. The minute we called Noah, he replied immediately came to our home and provided us with a damage estimate. Noah is very reliable and punctual. He showed up to our house on time and as promised finished the repairs the same day. He is professional and very knowledgeable in home construction. The job site was left clean from any construction materials. The house was left in the condition it was before the storm. We would highly recommend his services for any home improvement project.

Purchased the sale offer that Ark Home Improvement was offering for gutter cleaning. I live in a 3-story historic home in Providence. Scheduling was easy -- phone calls were returned. We did have to reschedule, but Noah called early in the week that he was scheduled to come to make the rescheduling. He was prompt for our appointment and the work was done in 2 hours flat. He had a 2nd staffer with him. Easy, breezy. Additionally, when calling to schedule, I mentioned my boyfriend was needing cleaning at his house too. Noah met the sale offer price to work on both our homes. He did not need or have to do that -- he chose to. I enjoyed working with him.

It was a pleasure to do business with this team. I was impressed by the friendly and very punctual service. We have an investment property so quick turnaround on projects means our tenants are satisfied as well. We appreciated his suggestions along the way and the job was performed to our complete satisfaction.

Mr. Cook arrived on time and installed the ceiling. It looks OK except for a gap between the moulding and the ceiling that I think should have been caulked. He did not tell me in advance that the ceiling would have to be painted. I wish he had. I would have made arrangements to have it painted immediately. But my biggest complaint is the mess he left. The room was covered with construction dust and dirt. It took me four hours to clean the bathroom. And I had told him that clean up was important to me.

Ark H.I. guys were polite and completed their work quickly. They were helpful and we'd use Ark again.

I will never use them again. The reason is I got a coupon from Angie’s list that had a formula where it indicated a certain price for a certain square foot of the house to be cleaned. When he got to my house, he told me that they are going to do it for $160 which is higher than the cost indicated in the coupon if you follow the formula. He gave a lot of excuses, and I ended up splitting the difference with him just to get rid of him. Then, the other thing is I had to call him like two times before he finally came out. On a positive note, he came when he said he was coming.

Noah Cook arrived as scheduled and was thorough and efficient in caulking around the windows and doors. All winter long I missed the cool air that had previously entered my house though those uncaulked cracks. :-)
