The work went so well, they finished ahead of time without cutting corners and made sure everything was to code. If anyone needs good workmanship Ark Home Improvement is the one to call. Very professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with.

I got a reply back May 17, 2014 stating they were booked up. It would have been nice to get an earlier response.

Ark - Noah and his crew did a fantastic job. A+ workmanship down to the little details and the results speak for themselves. They tackled the job, cleaned up at the end of the day. Noah used top quality materials and kept us informed about all the details - some windows needed new sills etc. I would whole-heartedly recommend Ark Home Improvement.

I was not present when the work was done. The three doors work fine. However I was annoyed that he used the same lock on two different doors of two separate apartments. Cosmetically the repaired siding looks good. I did not see him repair the carpentry framing behind the siding.

I have nothing but nice things to say about them. They are always on time, say what they are going to do before they do it, stay with in budget. They are someone I can count on.

It went fine. They came shortly after I bought the big deal and the service was done quickly. It did not cost any extra and the pricing of the deal was great. As far as I know, they did a good work. I would probably use them again in the future. I just do not know when I am going to be getting my gutters cleaned again because I do not have trees and it was a while before that one.

I was not home for the work but they cleaned the gutters as detailed in the deal and did a great job.

I was impressed with Noah's professionalism and his responsiveness to my questions. He also came in with a good quote providing a long term shingle warranty and quality aluminum gutters with leaf guard protection. The only reason I didn't go with Noah was because our schedules didn't match up. I definitely recommend Arc Home Improvement for homeowners looking for a quality. trustworthy contractor.

I was impressed by Ark's professionalism and responsiveness from the first phone call and was delighted with the service, quality of work performed and willingness to work with our deadlines and project specifics. Noah was very accommodating and the paint job was done extremely well, although it was a challenging and time-consuming job. I look forward to working with Ark again and they'll be my first call for any general maintenance, painting or construction work.

Noah was on time, very professional, and very responsive.

He showed up to my home and was polite, and professional. I showed him all of my projects, he took measurements, and I told him that I needed the jobs done ASAP. When he was here, he told him about how hard it would be do to the things I was asking, and that it would cost a lot money, and that I would need a structural engineer, etc. He told me he would have quotes for me by the beginning of the next week, and of course, one week went by, then two weeks, and so I hired somebody who actually wanted to work. Not only did I not need a structural engineer, the guy I hired is amazing at carpentry, he is licensed, and insured, and he said that the previous Ark Home Improvement said the work would be tough so they could charge me an outrageous price. Blowing people off is extremely unprofessional. I am a busy person, and wasted hours with this guy. I do not recommend.

Everything went great. Noah and his assistant were super respectful, the cleaned up everything and after everything was said and done Noah walked me through the bill.

Arrived on time. Service was more expensive than coupon due to the size of our home. He did a thorough job, offered some suggestions for repairs and also discussed the other services he provides.

The service turned out well. The person was very personable and they did a good job of taking the leaves away and they did not leave them on our property. They did a great job with the work.

We decided to hire Ark Home Improvement after interviewing a LOT of contractors. They were not the cheapest but Noah was very professional and appeared to have a good grasp of what we were looking for. For example, many roofers were not sure of how to handle our yankee gutters but Ark seemed confident. They started the week after we signed the contract, as planned. The crew was courteous and efficient and completed the job in three days. Plus, they left the place immaculate. Overall, we were very happy with the work. One problem we did have was black rubber that was visible above our front windows. We asked Noah if he could fix this and he said he would come back the next week. Given our past experience with contractors who had already been paid we weren't sure if they'd really come. But... the next week came and there they were. They painted the rubber to match our house color and it looks much better. Overall, we feel confident that top quality work was done. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Noah Cook and his crew of three workers arrived at my home on 6/15/2013, and began the job at approximately 9am. Noah estimated the job as a four man crew for 10 hours due to the size of the deck at 350sq?. The job was completed at around 3pm the same day, which was over three hours ahead of the quoted time. I was asked to look over the job as they were getting ready to leave, I immediately asked Noah why all the floor boards on the right side of my deck were not even at the ends and looked very crooked from a side view. Noah responded ?those were the manufactures edges and there was nothing he could do about it and I had to just deal with it?. A few hours later after Noah had gone, I noticed a floor board was not fastened with any screws at one end and it was popping up off the deck, and after looking carefully at how the deck board was placed I saw that it was not centered to the joist board underneath and it had little if no room to put a screw in from the side ?as this is what I contracted for, no screws showing?. I immediately sent Noah a message and he said he was busy for the week and if I could "angle the screw, and maybe pilot hole drill it, then place a screw". I told Noah, after carefully looking at his quality I was very dissatisfied and his reply was "I asked you to look at the job and make sure you were happy with the project, but if is that big of a deal to put a few screws in the loose board, I will come personally and fix it", I do not feel that I made mistakes with your project". I began to look more closely at the quality of the installation of the deck and found other areas where I felt, Noah had just rushed through and paid little attention to detail, and I sent four pictures showing other areas where the boards were cut poorly and where he had damaged the siding of my home. I gave Noah a week to reply and he never did, I then filed a complaint with the BBB. After the BBB complaint, Noah replied to my complaint by saying "he responded to my concerns", which in fact he did not. He never addressed my dissatisfaction on the pictures I sent five days earlier, along with my complaint of the damage to my home that was never mentioned to me at any time, he basically just said you and your wife said you were happy and the job was fine??, the fact I noticed poor quality is not an issue to Noah because I didn't see it before he left?? He then tells me how he put my old decking into a bag container and how it was not part of the original contract, when in fact I sent him a message two days before the job on 6/13/2013, 7:46 pm and told him I needed his crew to do this as part of the job and he replied at 9:50pm, saying that it would not be an issue and he would take care of it. Again, he throws this comment at me like it has something to do with my pictures and complaint on the poor quality of work he did? This was the final straw in showing me how unprofessional Noah is. Noah has even failed to provide me with an invoice that I requested by email on 6/15/2013, @ 5:42pm. I have since taken and documented ten pictures of the poor installation that was done and have sent them to Noah. I have also had other professionals look at my deck and agree that this installation was very poorly done. At this point I don't feel Noah is professional enough to admit he did anything wrong, however, the pictures I have tell my side of the story clearly. I have filed a small claims against Noah on 7/1/2013 for the cost to have the deck repaired professionally.

Noah and company had been to our home about a month previous to this visit. Noah came back himself to take care of a few additional issues we saw with our drywall. As with his first visit he was fast, courteous, and neat. He did a fantastic job repairing a couple of seam problems we had with our drywall. He was able to sand it down and repaint the problem area. There is no flashing or any other indication of work having been done. Just a great looking wall. And no extra cost! I'd also like to note that although he could not get back to our house immediately he contacted us several times to let us know when he planned on performing the work. I really appreciated that.

I asked 12 roofing companies for a quote, Ark was the only one that did it without having to be asked over and over. In the end, they were one of the cheapest anyway. They showed up when they said they would, and did what they said they would. I left for work in the morning and they put a new roof on my house and garage by the time I got home. No complaints, would definitely use again.

Noah and crew spent two days caulking our roof and windows, plastering and sanding the walls, and painting walls and ceilings to repair water damage. Noah also located the area where the water was coming in, explained to us what was happening, and applied a fix for it. The whole crew was friendly and courteous and they did whatever they could to keep things neat and minimize the disruption. We also appreciated the nice job they did cleaning up between days. We're very happy with the results and would recommend Ark to anyone needing home improvements or repairs.

They seemed to do a good job of it. It was the big deal for $89 for the whole house gutter cleaning. First of all some of the gutters can’t be seen from any of the windows so we have to take it that they were properly cleaned out. I haven't seen any blockages up until now. They did the work and there haven’t been any blockages since then so I assume they did it well. As a thing that we might not recognize it because gutter cleaning is different from someone that cleaned our carpet where we can clearly see what it is clearly like. They were adequate.

The owner, Noah, was very professional. He took the time to make a thorough estimate, and worked with our budget (and didn't try to push bigger projects that were out of our budget range). He showed up when he said he would and completed the work before the estimated end date. We had a problem - one of the doors was hung backwards by his worker - and he offered a discount on additional work he ended up doing. We asked him to replace the door instead, and he did. Overall, the experience was positive, and we would work with him again.

I arranged for Noah to meet me at our home and showed him the work that needed to be done, i.e. roof shingles, house shingles, rotted sill board in garage, and a bathroom needing renovation. He was very pleasant, took information, made measurements, and promised to get back with a quote and to discuss timing. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard anything from him since. He just sort of disappeared. If he wasn't interested in the job he could of just told me to my face or emailed me.
