I have been building and repairing Post and beam barns and garages for over 20years. I use native lumber direct from the sawmill. I also build barns and garages using conventional lumber. My main focus is on quality of what I build and service to the customer.

As I stated above, the construction of our new family farm post and beam horse barn went absolutely flawless with Mr. Coutu and his team.
Description of Work: Mr. Coutu and his tradesmen took over project management and construction of an elaborate horse barn for our family farm. Our site location was challenging due to town requirements, wetland setbacks and resident covenants. Mr. Coutu was able to address all concerns and finish our structure on time and within budget. He was a pleasure to work with providing weekly progress updates, while being very amenable in handling the changes that we made - and we made many during construction. I have built numerous homes over the years and have had some real horror stories with dealing with some contractors. Mr. Coutu was absolutely a cut above as a contractor and skilled carpenter and I would highly recommend him and his team for your post and beam project.
