Description of Work: Not a bad concept. Just need to place the bagster near the road where the truck arm can get to it. You pay for the bag, load it (they say level with the top of the bag, but I've seen them take really full ones), then use their website to schedule pickup, and pay for it. You don't need to be present during the pickup. A tad pricey, but you pay for the convenience.

+ -1 moreI contacted both the Account Manager and his boss and their bottom line response was they needed to raise prices to cover the "cost of of doing business" and we would have to pay until the end of our contract, 9/1/2013. The inside sales manager attempted to reduce our contract for one year if we signed up for another three year contract. This was vetoed by our Condo Board of Directors. The bottom line is this a company headquartered in Texas who is known for ripping customers off and their senior management has been prosecuted for overstating their income to boost their share price. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Description of Work: Be warned, do not sign an Service Agreement with Waste Management. They have a page of "fine print" that is not in the interest of any customer. They raise their prices every year. For example, when our Condominium Association entered into an agreement with WM to pick up six 96 gallon bins once a week the cost of this service was $144.00 a month. This March, 2013, the cost was raised to $215.54 plus a fuel/environmental charge of $68.73 bringing to total cost to $284.27. They raised their basic service fee 13.9% from 2012 and their "fuel/environmental" charge increased from $57.01 in February, 2013 to $68.73 in March, 2013 or an increase of 20.6%.

+ -1 moreI WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE GOOD, RELIABLE, AND NOT TOO EXPENSIVE. IF I FORGOT TO PUT SOMETHING AT THE END OF OUR DRIVEWAY, I'D CALL THEM AND THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE THE NEXT DAY TO PICK IT UP. THEY WERE NICE GUYS.
Description of Work: THEY PUT A DUMPSTER IN OUR DRIVEWAY WHILE WE WERE REMODELING OUR HOUSE.

+ -1 moreTHEY WILL PICK UP BIGGER ITEMS IF WE CALL AND LET THEM KNOW ABOUT IT. I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR A LONG TIME AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT.
Description of Work: THEY DROP OFF THE DUMPSTER, WE FILL IT, AND THEY PICK IT UP.
