septic tank

Description of Work: We had a septic issue on the Thanksgiving weekend. We called Waste Away and they were in our yard that day. Richard, the owner, was able to get the system patched together and promised to come back to find the root cause the next week, After much detective work, he was able to figure out that we had an old septic tank connected to the system but not on any building plans. Waste Away found and repaired that tank and now the system is running perfectly. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: The owner is so unprofessional and rude. Accused a friend of mine of being a 'deadbeat' and not paying her bill. Left her threatening messages... And then later realized she had paid him and he just misplaced the check on his desk. |There's plenty of other septic pumping companies. Go elsewhere.

 + -1 moreRequested draining of septic system. Provider ran into roots which had to be removed before complete draining could occur. When this did not resolve the problem of water backing up into house, provided opened the other end of the septic system and removed all roots growing into drain leading into the house. Did all of this extremely efficiently and timely. Kept me apprised of each step in the process. Very professional and friendly.
Description of Work: Pumped septic system. Removed roots from drain from the house which was totally clogged.
