+ -1 moreThe job took 6 weeks to complete. The contractor had hired 1 worker to help but he quit after the first week, so the remaining work was performed by the contractor himself, alone. He kept the work area tidy, cleaning up regularly. Given the requirements of the job, the time take to complete it seemed reasonable. Throughout the project, the contractor worked carefully and made helpful suggestions. He was accommodating, pleasant and easy to be around.
Description of Work: Reshingled entire house with white cedar shingles (extras). Removed old shingles and installed #15 felt vapor barrier under new shingles. Removed, reinstalled and repainted trim boards as required. The house is 32' x 24' salt box with a 1 floor 12' x 32' addition. Removed and patched 2 openings for fan louvers that are no longer used.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY GAVE US A GOOD PRICE. THE WORK COULD HAVE BEEN DONE QUICKER, BUT WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY. THE CREW WAS PLEASANT AND PREPARED WHEN IT STARTED TO RAIN.
Description of Work: I HAD THIS COMPANY PUT A NEW ROOF ON OUR HOUSE AND GARAGE. THEY ALSO REPLACED THE VENTS ON THE ROOF.
