They stained and painted my house after it was sand blasted. Overall they did a good job but there were blotchy spots and runs in the stain. He told me it would even out during the summer but if it didn't he would come back and re-stain it. It still looked the same toward the end of the summer so I contacted him. He said that he would re-spray it but I would have to pay labor again. That was another $550. It looks much better now. Not sure I should have paid twice for the same job.
