RUN LIKE H***! We deeply regret hiring Gutter Masters to work on our home. After TWO YEARS of working in short, sporadic bursts on our home, our contract signed in 2021 is still incomplete and they have caused AT LEAST $30,000 in damage to our home. Now they’ve had their lawyer send us a letter stating that they intend to sever our contract and asking that we sign a non-disclosure agreement. They’ve left us to cope with the financially devastating effects of their actions, and they have the audacity to ask us not to say anything. If you are remotely considering hiring these guys, don’t. Just don’t. Find literally ANYONE else to do the work for you. They took no precautionary measures while replacing our roof, allowing a thunderstorm to flood one of our rooms. From this point on, every single interaction with these guys become an undertaking to manage their fragile egos, encourage them with positive language, follow up on details without nagging, etc. We had to manage their delicate emotions so that they would actually show up to work on all the damage they had caused. It was relentless and exhausting. Even when they did show up to work, it would only be for a couple hours here, a couple hours there, and there was always some kind of unlikely catastrophe to explain why we were getting blown off: a crisis with another client (in retrospect, this one makes sense now), workers quitting (or disappearing), flat tires, delays when “crossing the border” for whatever reason… you name it. This is the state they left our house in: a leaking roof, missing siding, no counter-flashing, no safety rails or banisters on the roof, unfinished walls with gaps and cracks, missing trim, disassembled and damaged built ins, damaged base board heaters, a broken Nest thermometer, damaged paint in adjacent rooms--adjacent rooms for gods sake—and garbage (including broken nails, scraps of sharp copper, insulation, empty plastic containers) strewn across our lawn. Oh, and icing on the cake: misaligned aluminum downspouts despite having paid for copper. We wish we had never hired them. We wish we had never met them. Working with Gutter Masters is an absolute nightmare. Run like h***.

Responded very fast and made a quick appointment. Arrived on time and did the estimate on site. Scheduled a return date to do job and completed it fast and left the bill to pay them by mail. Very happy with them and would do business again.

Very professional job, good customer service from finding them to paying them. They showed up when they said they would, did a great job exactly as quoted and cleaned up and reviewed the work with me when finished. Would recommend them to friends if asked.

Looks great and gutter is clean. Jay is very nice and took time to explain how he was going to do it with ice and snow in the gutter and on the ground. He was quick and efficient. I will be calling him again in the Spring and Fall.

Jay was just wonderful. We spoke yesterday and he cane today at 8:15 to do the work. Looks great! He is pleasant and informative. I will be calling him to clean my gutters when needed

It went okay. I would give it four stars out of five.The understated how much time it would take the electrician to connect the heat wire. It all worked out in the end. I would give them a "A" for the gutter installation. "C" for the heat wire installation.

It went great. We selected the color and style. They showed up quickly and did the work within one day.

All of the transaction went smoothly and we are satisfied with the results. Jay was very responsive from the estimate to the installation. I felt the price was fair based on other estimates I received. The gutter look great and a definite improvement to our home.
