+ -1 moreKevin called to say that he was booked solid with new roofs and might not be able to get to his repair list though he would try. He recommended that I try to find someone else to help me. The important part of this review is that HE RESPONDED! He could have ignored me like other companies did, but at least he was honest and straight forward - qualities to be admired.

+ -1 moreKevin from Crest answered my call the same day and was out to help assess a leak in my attic the next morning (before work). He gave me advice on dealing with the water issue in the attic and quoted me quickly on fixing the leak caused by missing flashing between my roof and the chimney. Very transparent quote and fair pricing (I consulted with contractors and family to gauge the expected price). After I chose Crest to do the work, Kevin had someone up on the roof and got the work done on one of the first clear days. Shingles, flashing, masonry and sealant done while we were at work, no hassle. I would recommend Kevin and team for anyone needing roof repairs.

The most professional contractor I have ever worked with and the only contractor that could complete anything from A-Z. He has reputable workers and understands the scope of any job weather it’s refreshing something or building a new home. My husband and I recommend him on a daily basis and would not hesitate to call on him for any future projects.
Description of Work: Complete remodel of the following: Mudroom,laundry room,master bath secondary full bath and kitchen including new windows,tile, paint, exterior doors, hardwood floors, wains coating and refreshed dining room. + -1 moreIt was excellent. No problems. Very professional. The quotes was on target. The project manager was an excellent communicator. The sub-contractor that did the work was very good. Clean and very efficient. Not only were all of those things are an "A" rating, we didn't have them come back. It was done perfectly on the first time. I would not hesitate to call them again.
Description of Work: I used them on multiple occasions. I had four properties done. One was for roof replacement.

+ 1 moreCompletely not satisfied with the quality of work. They tried to put the tiles in the master bathroom twice... And failed. Left without completing. Broke our front door and never repaired it. Hardwood floors are a disaster. We had to re do it in one year. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Kevin and Brian are completly unprofessional.

+ 0 moreProject manager Brian coordinated every step of the job. He was on-sight everyday and was available by phone at all times. Crews showed up when they were supposed to be there and did their jobs efficiently. Co-ordination of the different specialties - demolition, plumbing, tilers, carpenters etc was flawless. We would definitely consider using Crest Management again for any construction or remodel project, and would recommend them highly.
Description of Work: Crest completely remodeled our bath. The old tub/shower was removed, old vanities, sinks, etc taken out. Flooring completely removed. Demolition crew were fast, efficient and very clean. No mess when they were done. New sub floor and tile floor installed. Tile installers did a great job with design and installation. New tub installed and tile walls completed. Again, tilers did a beautiful job in design and install. New vanities installed, plumbers completed install of drains, faucets, shower head, etc. Very efficient crew. Finish carpenters installed new closet doors, new bathroom door, all trim work,etc and did a quality job. Granite counter tops were installed by a different provider who also did a timely, efficient, and quality job, in concert with Crest's timetable.

+ 1 moreIf you ever need a contractor that you can trust, Brian from Crest Management is your man! From beginning to end, he and his company were professional and knowledgeable in their craft. Not one minute was wasted during this renovation, it was done in 6 working days, thanks to his efficiency to schedule his workers. I cannot say enough about this company, was a great and easy experience!!
Description of Work: Arranged to have a bathroom remodel through Lowes, and they assigned Crest Management as the contractor. Brian Williams was in charge of the job, and what a great remodel they did! Brian initially came to my home and took notes and measurements and also jotted down my requests. 2 weeks later, he and his crew were starting the work. Not one minute was wasted during this renovation. Brian made sure that when demolition was done, another crew was following to plaster the wall, etc. Each group from demolition to painters was professional and did their craft well. Brian was there everyday to make sure it was done right and make sure I was happy. I felt very comfortable having this company in my home, they were very respectful to me and my home. They were fantastic and the bathroom looks beautiful!!
