Armor Plumbing and Heating

It never went. I sent Armor Plumbing a message, clearly explaining the service I needed, and seeking a return call (or return message). More than a week has gone by, with no response. I find it disappointing, to say the least, that a company with an A rating on Angie's List would be so uncourteous and unprofessional, as to not even respond to a request for service. If you're too busy, or not interested in doing the work, fine. Just communicate that.

Workmanship was excellent.

The water heater was corroded. They replaced it and told us how to maintain it and flush our the rusted water once a year.

He was really good. In fact, he saved us from doing very expensive work. He came and told me how to do it myself. He saved me several thousand dollars. We had some other companies coming and giving us elaborate prices. He charged us $20-$30 may be to come out and access the situation. He told me just have my husband do the work and I did it. We solved it; so it worked. He just gave us some ideas. He said he can come out and do it; but probably it wasn't a worth paying to someone that my husband can handle it. We kept his card because he was very upfront and seem like a good guy. He was here on time.
