Description of Work: I had service with them for five years. Very slow with repairs when I cancelled the service they said they me very received the cancellation in writting which I sent but they had in the verbal notes I did not wish to continue. They continue to withdraw money from my bank account until my anniversary date. They were forced to settle a suite with state if ct ag office. Bad company

+ -1 moreTHE HOME SAFE SECURITY COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY GREAT. THEY ARE JUST REALLY GOOD. THEY DO A GREAT JOB OF WATCHING THE HOUSE AND ALL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE REALLY PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: THEY MONITOR MY HOME FOR FIRES AND BURGLARY FOR ABOUT 80 DOLLARS A MONTH.
