Poland Sprinklers

We have used this company for many years, however started to notice a common theme: That the same work, or at least similar work, has been needed for several years in a row on the same core parts when it has not been needed for the many years prior. Our research indicates that the parts that have needed replacing should not need to be replaced at this rate and the likely reason for the frequency of replacement is improper winterizing. In addition, the company never seeks consent from us to replace these parts every year, they go ahead and do the work for hundreds of dollars and then send us an invoice with no explanation. After doing research we also found that the parts we were being charged for were three times the actual cost. The woman who handles their scheduling never calls, she hides behind text message and refuses to address our concerns or made any effort to remedy the situation.

It went well. The team showed up promptly to install and performed the work quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is the mess left behind where the holes were dug for the sprinkler heads and where the Ditch Witch pulled the hose through. I expected the areas to be left as they were found, with dirt replaced and rocks removed from the surface. Unfortunately, I had to rake out quite a few spots and clean up the rocks myself. Regardless of that minor complaint, I would hire them again and would recommend them to others.

They did not honor our service contract or warranty. We will find another company that cares about its customers. We spent about $3000 on this sprinkler system and they are going to lose a customer because an employee screwed them. Poor, poor customer service.
