Description of Work: I hired this lawn company in the spring of 2012 to do lawn treatments. I heard their advertisements that said "they were, quite simply the best" On my initial call I asked to be called 24 hours prior to the treatments being applied. This did not happen. I called and left a message. Did not hear back until the next lawn treatment when they did leave a message saying they would be there the next day. That was the only "call ahead" I received. I called and left several messages but never received a reply. In the fall of 2012 I called and left a message saying I was unhappy with their service and lack of communication and responsiveness. I also told them I would NOT be needing their services in the spring of 2013. No response. Last week I come home and find a Greenworks lawn care tag on my lawn saying they had applied fertilizer and weed control. The week before my new lawn company had applied fertilizer and weed control. We had no rain and now my lawn is stressed and dying from over treatment. I called and left a message the same day I saw the tag on my lawn. I told them I would not be paying their bill because I had told them in the fall not to come back. So, basically they were trespassing on my property. I called them again to day to tell them how angry I was with their company. I do not expect a response because I have NEVER received one in the past. I also told them I would be reviewing them on Angie's list. If they had called (like they were asked to) before they came, I could have again told them I did not want their sevices any longer. The phrase :quite simply the best" I think should be "quite simply the absolute worst

Description of Work: GreenWorks Lawn Specialists come every year to fertilize the lawn. They start with an application in the spring and continue with eight applications.

Description of Work: Green Works has been working on our yard from mid summer to now. They have been building up the lawn very well. They do strictly turf management. The initial estimate included aerating, fertilizing, and seeding for $600. Since the initial estimate have now included treatments for an additional $100 for remainder of the year.
