There were a few things that weren’t right with the fence and we started calling him from the first season that he put it in and he didn’t return our calls. I had to make a kind of a threatening call saying that I would report him, then, he sent his son. Literally, two pieces of the fence kept falling down and so his son said that we need a longer piece that ran across the top to hold the pieces in from one pole to the other pole, like an anchoring pole to the other anchoring pole. So I called him and left a message but he never answered the phone and I left him a message telling him that we wanted to order those pieces, he never called back and that season went by. My husband called him and again he never called back. We are talking about for a total of five years or so this season, I called him and said to him that we were totally upset that he doesn’t call us back, that his own son said we needed longer pieces that should have been installed in the first place, to keep the panels in place. I asked him why he wasn’t having the decency to return our calls, he called me back and he was angry with me, he turned it around on me and said that fence was put in five years ago and that he can’t be responsible. However, I told him that we had the problem right after he put it in; he just never did anything about it and his son told my husband that we needed these pieces and he told me he doesn’t know why his son told us that, that he called my husband and told him but he never did. He told me he would order the pieces but a couple of weeks went by, a couple of months went by, I called him back and he answered, his name is Frank Barboza and I asked him if he was going to take care of the fence or not. I even told him we would be willing to pay for it, we didn’t care about that we just wanted it fixed at that point, so he said okay, fine , that he will send his son out on Friday, this was like a Wednesday. My husband took day out of work and we wanted here all day, he never showed up, and never called, so finally on Monday I called him, he answered and I told him at least he should have called and told us that he wasn’t going to come. He didn’t even say he was sorry, he just said he had to order those pieces, so I asked him if he would let us know when they would come in and he said okay. That was about a month and a half ago. It has just been a really bad service and we are really not happy with the way they installed it and we have another piece that is leaning, so we want to get it fixed but we feel he should be responsible for his work and he doesn’t even care. We used him in the first place because he was the least of the four other estimates we had and because of the charisma that he did and the promises that he made, that we would never have to worry and if there was ever a problem, he would come right out. When I spoke to him more recently and when he was getting upset with me, I said he should not me upset with me and that he should be coming here, not his son and he said he not coming to our house. This the owner of the company that had made promises of taking care of any problems and he won’t even come out here so that I can point out the problems, he won’t even look at them, that was being nasty. He was totally opposite to what he had presented to us of him, to get the sale.

He will not return phone calls and I need to hire someone else to satisfy the building inspector.
