+ -1 moreI've used them for a long time. They are very good. I've used them for 20 years. It was excellent. They came within a reasonable time. They do good work. I think they're honest with me on what needs to be done, what doesn't and what the alternatives are. I will absolutely use them again. They clean up after themselves.
Description of Work: They replaced the stems on the bathtub between the hot and cold water, the spout there, separate from the shower thing. They had to replaced that. They had to cut into the wall and get in there because it was 40 years old.

Description of Work: Twice I called to get quotes on bathroom work. The first time, the issue in responding was caused by a problem on my end. Once that was straightened out, they said they would be unable to provide anyone to consult on the job due to staff issues. I gave them a few months before contacting them again and they took the information and said they would call but it has been four months. Not even a call to say they would be unable to do it but no call at all...

+ 0 moreThey came immediately. Replaced our 40 gal. hot water tank the same day and were extremely efficient. We have used their services before as soon as last December for a clogged toilet line. They came immediatel then and cleaned out the pipe in sub-freezing weather. Price was very reasonable.
Description of Work: Our hot water heater started leaking. In the past, my husband has always replaced the water heater himself. However, due to his age,he could not longer perform this task. We called Cavaco Bros.

+ -1 moreI had a great experience with Cavaco Brothers Plumbing and Heating. They showed up right away and took care of our issue.We've used them before, as well. They took care of the problem really easy and fast. It really saved us from having a bigger leak in the basement. Their price was definitely reasonable.
Description of Work: He fixed an issue with our shower. They had to pull out a part of our wall and put it back in.

+ -1 moreThough a small project, it involved an upstairs bath and a downstairs lavette so there was some moving of hardware throughout the house. As always, Cavaco worked quietly and efficiently, leaving every area they were in as clean and good as new. Tom is always very professional.
Description of Work: Cavaco Brothers installed two new toliets. They arrived as scheduled and did their work quickly. I have used them before for a new water heater and when we redid a bathroom. They are professional, courteous and expert at what they do.

I was polite, stated my plumbing problem clearly, and gave them two phone numbers to call to reach me. I can understand a plumbing company being very busy, but I think it's rude and unprofessional not to return a potential client's call.
