They were great! I would highly recommend him. He was very accommodating. He even came on a Sunday to fix something. He seemed very honest and his pricing was reasonable. He even moved all the furniture for me. He is insured!

Wade said that the job would be done in less than 1 day: morning arrival, afternoon departure. It took more than 2 days, because he worked alone rather than with a team as he said he would, and he was at our home until around 7:30 P.M. on Friday night. When we were given the estimate, it seemed high, but we thought we were paying for quality. Wade said he usually just does commercial cleaning but that he could definitely do a thorough residential move-in clean, because he had steamers and other high-grade equipment. The work he did was not thorough or detailed at all. The insides of the kitchen cabinets were still dirty, the window sills still had filth, nothing was properly or completely done. We ended up getting a little steam cleaner and doing all the work over again! He may be good with commercial jobs, but NOT with residential--a complete waste of A LOT of money. And showing up without a team, working more than 2 days, and just stopping without really completing the job--that's just unprofessional. We feel we were taken advantage of and ripped off. We would NEVER use Aurora again or recommend them.

NO ODORS FROM MY PETS ARE NOTICEABLE AND THE STAINS ARE GONE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT LONG BEFORE THEY COULD COME AND DO THE WORK. THIS COMPANY IS VERY GOOD.
