+ -1 moreprovider came and was professional. unfortunately our problem was not solved despite two visits and related parts. he stood by his work and gave us all our money back due to that. truly a person who stands by their work. I am about to use them again. very satisfied with how they treat you.

+ -1 moreOur 16 month old Samsung refrigerator went on the fritz. Of course it was over a weekend and only had a 1 year warranty. Called around to a few places and these guys were able to get to us the soonest, even though it was 2 days away. The technician was very knowledgeable about Samsung refrigerators, easily diagnosed the problem, fixed it and even made a few tweaks/adjustments so similar problems he's seen happen on our model would not happen again in the future.
Description of Work: Fixed our broken refrigerator and even made modifications to it to prevent future malfunctions.

+ -1 moreWe've used them for a number of years, they are always prompt and come when they say they will come. Their quote is always on target. We know that it will be what they quote us and nothing added. They are very polite, efficient and quick. We'd give them all A's, that's why we continue to call them.
