Description of Work: Called last week and made an appointment for today. Waited till noon and called and spoke again with owner/manager. Told him that I had been waiting all morning for him to come by and give me an estimate for a new lawn, a memorial garden, etc. He said he had decided to come by yesterday and no one was home. He had my number and did not call. I explained to him that was not the plan and he just repeated over and over he was in another town doing a big contracting job. After going back in forth and him not offering a solution, I asked when he planned to come. HE SAID HE HAD WORKED BOOKED OUT FOR TWO TO THREE MONTHS a, and was not able to do my work. I find this incredibly unprofessional, disappointing and a shabby way to conduct business. CUSTOMER BEWARE!
