Description of Work: After a rescheduled appointment, Mr. Volpe came to my home, assessed the bathroom that needed to be renovated, and discussed various options with me. He told me he would get a quote to me within 2-4 days. We exchanged emails in addition to phone numbers. He never called or emailed me or responded to my inquiries.
