Fantastic. Jim Dugan fixed everything - and even got the toilet seat cover tightened. Very nice guy - I couldn't be more pleased.

They come every year. They are top rate. They come and check my boiler and they installed it. They are great.

Had to call him back......he send me a check in refund but I paid him half anyway because that is the way I do business and he did take him time to come to my house......even if he did the work incorrectly.

He left the area cleaner then before they got there.The work took an hour and a half. He was very knowledgeable, quick, thorough and pointed out what is and isnt code.

Not a large job, but when you have water spurting everywhere, it is an issue. They arrived as promised. The job was completed so quickly, efficiently, professionally for a reasonably priced fee as quoted. Will be my go-to in the future. As a P.S. -- my dog just loved them! No better testament than having a recommendation from the dog

Jim and Neil were great to work with. They were punctual, efficient, kept the work area clean, clearly explained what was broken and what the steps were to repair. The bathroom sink looks better than it did when we moved in 4 years ago and the kitchen sink leak is all taken care of. As newcomers to the area, we weren't sure who to call for plumbing needs. We now know who we'll be calling for all future issues.

Great! Quick to respond and arrived when agreed upon. They were quick, clean and did a great installation. Jim even fixed my door on the way out.

Jim and has nephew were very professional. They scheduled me for the installation quickly, showed up on time, installed the faucet in less than an hour, cleaned up and also did me a favor and installed a drain plug in my bathroom at no charge. They live locally and were focused on doing a good job at a reasonable price. I will definitely call them if I need more plumbing work done and will recommend them to my friends.

Jim and his nephew Neil are the best! Jim came very highly recommended from a contractor, and I am so grateful for the tip. They do excellent work, and they are pleasant, punctual people. Best plumbers I have ever had.

Unlike experiences with other plumbers, Jim and his nephew were very courteous, punctual, and performed good, quick work. They were in regular contact with me and performed the work within 24 hours. I used to work with another plumbing company that quoted me nearly 2x the price as I paid with Jim. I won't go back to the other company. Only wish I had heard of Jim sooner!

It never went. I sent Jim the Plumber a message, clearly explaining the service I needed, and seeking a return call (or return message). A week has gone by, with no response. I find it disappointing, to say the least, that a company with an A rating on Angie's List would be so uncourteous and unprofessional, as to not even respond to a request for service. If you're too busy, or not interested in doing the work, fine. Just communicate that.

This was our second service by Jim the Plumber. Professional, friendly, prompt service. Providers discuss the problem, give you options, and then get the job done. They carry the parts/tools/equipment with them so the job can be completed in a single call.
