This contractor never reached out to me to provide a quote.

We got two people and one hour of service (which could be the same, or not, depending on the work). The main problem we needed fixed was a recessed light that goes on and off. After testing with different light bulbs, we were told the fixture (canister) needed to be replaced. Since this is located in the attic (and surrounded by insulation), they were not able to do the job. Had we discussed more in-depth in advance, perhaps the service could have been performed. So, we ended up paying $99 to change 3 hard-wired fire alarms which we probably could have done ourselves. Not necessarily the fault of the service provider alone, but disappointed that the main problem was not solved.

Showed up on time and were professional during the whole experience. Unexpected additional cost for supplies, but understandable. Cleaned up after themselves and ran over on time, but didn't charge us extra...thank you.

Eric was professional, called to confirm the appointment the night before and showed up on-time. Install was completed on a timely manor with no issues. I'd highly recommend EG. Thanks for everything!

They were fantastic! Since I purchase 2 hours of electrical work, I thought they would only get to 2 or 3 of the problems on my project list. Instead, Eric and his partner fixed everything on my wish list in less than an hour. If I had anything more to give them they would have happily done it. Perfect - Eric and Ryan were thoroughly professional and knowledgeable since these were basically troubleshooting tasks beyond the normal homeowner level of expertise. The work was completed well within the allotted time frame and solved several nagging electrical related issues which had existed for some time. Every outlet and switch on the property (internal and external) now works properly.

How often is a contractor responsive, comes when he says he's coming and is on time? This contractor was.

The first time I used him he was very professional and his price was good. This time was different. He was late to arrive, and forgot about me calling the day before. I had to call him again to get it scheduled. He said it would be $245, which seemed steep to me. I didn't think he was being professional, as he was about to start work without even discussing the price with me. He was like a different person from the first time I used him.

I called Eric on a Friday and he met with me that afternoon. After giving me the quote on that same Friday afternoon, he scheduled the work for the following Monday morning. He even called on Sunday night to confirm with me. On Monday morning, he arrived promptly and completed the work. He then clearly explained what he had done and that all of the issues were addressed. The cost was exactly as quoted. Eric presents as an extremely reasonable and competent professional. We were 100% comfortable having him in our home and appreciated the prompt and professional service, as well as the reasonable cost. We have very high standards and are quite selective about who we let do work in our home. Eric exceeded those standards. We will definitely use him again in the future. We give Eric our highest recommendation.

Eric and his crew were very professional, polite, and kept me informed along the way. The job did take longer than expected due to unexpected requirements by the electrical inspector which caused the price to increase from the estimate, but it was not a surprise. Eric responded fairly quickly to provide an estimate. His price was fair and he took the steps necessary to make sure job was done right. He performed the work quickly and neatly with no problems. I would definitely hire him again for future electrical needs.

Eric responded immediately to our heating emergency and came soon after being called, despite it being a busy holiday season. He diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning thermostat, which he replaced. Heat works fine now. He was friendly and professional, and he did not charge extra for an emergency call. We have used him before and will use him again.

This was an easy job for an electrician, but one that needed to be done by a professional. Eric returned my call promptly and came by the next day as promised. He was personal and professional.

Excellent from the start. Great communication by email, text and phone. Immediate response and a quick visit to work up an invoice/proposal. Came on time, were professional and very friendly. This was a last minute fix before the sale of the house. We found a light switch that was very hot and worried about safety. Given the timing being the day before the Fourth of July, we were panicking. He calmly offered us a time for the very day that we called and came out. He explained the problem and fixed it right away. This was the best electrical service we have ever received! And as for the pricing, it was VERY fair.

Eric is great. He had his workers arrive right on time. I gave a B for professionalism only because one of the worker came in eating and I didn't think that was appropriate but not a huge deal. Eric came later and was very professional and polite. He explained everything he was doing and what he recommended. The price was very fair and the quality of work was very good. This is the second time I have used this company.

Refreshing experience compared to other electricians I had contacted. Responded promptly to quote request, came in on time for the quote. Most important - got back to me with the quote as promised. The quote was on the higher side compared to other electricians. But Eric was very knowledgeable and brought up the right questions.

It didn't go. In fact, not one of the Angie's list 'professionals' showed up or called. This is why I cancelled my service.
