Absolutely love it! So glad we decided to do it!

So far, so good. We have signed a contract. Work will be scheduled soon. Sophia has bee extremely responsive to my questions. She offered to come back a second time to discuss some complications related to the current structure of the closet and was very helpful when she did.

Sophia offered several solutions with various quality materials. Installation was prompt and well done!

They were great from start to finish. They really cared to make sure I was satisfied, were very honest with their recommendations, Turn around was quick. Design was professional and personalized. Install was clean and efficient. Actually, the only complaint was that they were a hour EARLY for the install.. so no real complaint at all.

Sophia listened to what our needs were, and designed a perfect system for us. I also consulted with Gary on some things I was having trouble visualizing. We have exactly what we wanted: a white system with support to the floor, and extra tall to use the full height of our space. Peter did the installation, and finished within the time estimated by Sophia. The quality of the materials and Peter's workmanship are terrific, and the rods and drawer hardware are very high quality.

It went very well, had a great consultation with Sophia, she came to our home and took measurements, asked what was required of the space. We discussed finishes, hardware etc. She made some suggestions that addressed some specific storage solutions we had. We received two plans for the space, we selected one and set a date for installation. The installer arrived promptly, the job took about 3 hours, the result was fantastic. We love our new closet, we will definitely call Closets Etc to work on a couple of other spaces in our home. I highly recommend this company!

Process was seamless from start to finish. Sophia came twice to double check on the measurements and added some additional features, her installer was excellent very personable and all was delivered exactly as promised and on time

I am very pleased with the job done and excited to have a whole room for my master walk-in closet. I started the process by contacting Closets etc. and set up an appointment for a free consultation. Sophia, who is the owner and designer, came to my house and we discussed what I was expecting and the setup I desired. The consultation was successful and I made arrangements with Sophia to have the job completed. I appreciated the fact that Sophia asked me questions and listened to what I wanted. She paid attention to details and covered all of my bases. I had my computerized plans for my new walk-in the next morning. I was able to get an installation date within a few weeks and the installation day went very smooth and the guys were great. They were on time and very polite and got the job done in a timely manner. Sophia was professional and designed three custom closets for us that we love. Sophia was also accommodating, as we had to change our installation date several times due to the fact that construction in other parts of the house held up the spaces being ready to install the closets.

This is an amazing company. Very responsive, excellent workmanship, great price. We shopped around. This was the best. They were very accommodating, responsive, and we have wonderful closet systems now.

We live in an area of Rhode Island where getting a call back from a service provider is a big deal and service is not so great . When you call Closets Etc. you get the entire package : Courtesy , Professionalism , Call Backs , Emails , Great Communication , Date Commitments and Quality Assurance. We were very happy with the way Sophia serviced us and made sure we were getting what we wanted. She has a great upfront process in which she will send you a sketch of the ideas you spoke about and then you can modify and send back to her. They will only proceed with fabrication after all field measurements are done and you sign off on your sketch. We have gotten exactly what we wanted all 3 times. Although we are running out of closets to build I HIGHLY recommend Closets Etc. - ask for Sophia. Mike & Tam , Rhode Island

Very pleased will all elements of the process, including the final result! Our (small) closet is so much more space-efficient now. Communication with Sophia was excellent, and she was very responsive to my concerns about timing (due to an upcoming trip). The installation was performed very quickly and efficiently, and the cost was in the lower range of what I'd calculated we'd have to pay for the whole operation. All in all, highly recommended!

Sophia set up our first appointment, was punctual, efficiently took measurements, sent proposed drawings promptly, provided requested revisions quickly, sent contract and set up installation date which was kept and the work was completed quickly and neatly. Product is an outstanding value.

Closets Etc was great. Sophia, the President, came and gave us some great ideas for how to handle the Master. We have a square walk-in closet that is pretty tight and the existing setup was entirely just hanging. We adjusted that to a beautiful system with shelves, shoe racks, and plenty of short & long hanging. The system fits perfectly and they installation was fast, professional, and easy. Our daughter's closet was a pretty simple center unit with shelves and hanging on both sides. They both look clean and well built. Overall we were very happy with the service. Value: We priced out doing this ourselves by buying certain kits/units. It would have cost about $700-800, plus we would have had to cut all of the pieces to size. This also assumes you have the right tools (if not, factor in a few extra hundred). In total, it would have easily been an extra 3-4 days worth of work for an inferior fit. Closets Etc pricing was a great value and we are thrilled with the finished product. We have two other closets that we aren't using yet (guest room, etc), but I'm already tempted to have them back to finish the jobs. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a closet installation!

We can hardly remember the process it was so long ago and a smallish project compared to others we undertook in the house that we sold nearly two years ago.

I needed efficient storage options for a small in- law apartment that we were building. I considered California Closets but I knew that they were quite expensive. I googled closet organizer companies and after reading good reviews I contacted Closets etc. The rep made an appointment and listened to my needs/wants. I promptly received a proposed design and quote via email. The price was reasonable and the installation was scheduled within a week or so. The installer was professional and timely. I am very happy with the finished product and have recommended this company to friends.

It went really well. The quote they gave us came in to be a third less than a competitor. I thought they did a great job. They came on time and installed everything professionally. The materials were of high quality. We were very happy with the results.

The technician that came out was very professional. We have used them in the past and they have always been professional and used good quality products. For this project, they were more expensive than the other company we got a quote from, so we chose to go with the competitor. I would still highly recommend them because they are a class act and offer a great product.
