Working with John and Kevin was the best experience I have encountered with contractors. They answered all my (many) questions in a quick and easy to understand manner. They are so professional and knowledgeable! AEM crew is simply awesome! The price was better than any of the others obtained. The warranty of shingles and work was unparalleled. The price beat out all others, with no money down. The roof was completed in one day; everything went as promised. Cleanup was near perfection! I highly recommend AEM for any roofing project...they restored my faith in contractors!!

Absolutely a 5 star experience from start to finish. They replaced the roof on our house and shed and installed all new gutters and gutter guards. They were easy to work with, fairly price and left my property in perfect condition. I couldn't find a thing negative to say , even if I tried. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get exterior work done.

I was completely satisfied with every facet of this contract,in fact they went beyond expectations.

They were able to see our vision of the project right away, others were not. AEM was always available to answer any questions we had and keep our project on time and on budget. The cost of our project with AEM was better than any of the 4 other bids that we received. By a healthy percentage. Lastly the work was done by a courteous happy hard working crew that did excellent work. Our roof deck is everything we hoped it would be. We would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing their services.

My projects ,install new asphalt shingle roof new aluminum gutters and some siding. All were done as planned Work was excellent.Very satisfied with the work.

it took a little longer than we thought for them to pick-up the dumpster, not sure if we have a warrant or not

They came on schedule and they finished in a timely manner. Cleaned the site , and the dumpster was gone next day.

AEM showed up on time were courteous and worked diligently until the job was done and then cleaned up everything . I look forward to working with them again . You can't go wrong with AEM.

Everyone was a pleasure to work with and the roof looks fantastic. they were up front about plywood but only needed to use 2 extra sheets. the existing underlayment from the early 90s looked like construction paper kids draw on but the roof was in otherwise good shape. the new underlayment and ice/water barrier that they installed is a 1000x improvement. thanks!

Very Professional. John worked with me, making a careful roof inspection, explaining every step they would take to ensure a quality job would be done. The worker team did an awesome job, The were proud to be working for AEM. They took every step, from replacing plywood, to water barrier sheets and shingles, to new venting, etc... all went well. The cleanup left the yard better than when they started! In the end, the price was VERY fair. I would recommend the without reserve.

Right from the beginning, John Ruzzo went over every detail, gave me an in Estimate, clearly explaining how much additional it would cost if I needed more sheets of plywood than 3 (which was included in the estimate). The workmen showed up at the time scheduled, worked professionally, and cleaned up everything as if they were never there. I have recommended AEM to several people
