Kevin the owner was easy to work with very informative about the process. Kevin the job supervisor made sure everything went smoothly. The roofers did a great job. And most importantly when they finished my property looked exactly as it did when they arrived. The clean up was impressive.

AEM, LLC is the company to hire. Our roof was some 15 plus years old, two layers. I was impressed from the initial point of contact with the owner. He was on time as scheduled, prepared, and provided me with documentation regarding the various roof projects his company had completed and encouraged me to view several in the area. The owner's presentation was excellent in that he educated me about the roof project in general from materials utilized, leak guard, and most importantly his estimate was concreate in that it provided all unforeseen costs. After interviewing several other companies, it was clear that we would be hiring AEM for our roof. The day of installation was smooth, AEM team's of professionals were early and ready to work. Our roof went on in one day as promised and our entire yard was cleaned of debris as promised. Our roof looks great and we are very satisfied customers. The Anderson's in Warwick, RI

They did a great job from beginning to end. They showed up for the estimate prepared, had it ready in minutes, completed the project in a timely manor, charged the same as the estimate, and most importantly, they were all very friendly, polite, and helpful.

John, Kevin and the crew were very professional, courteous and efficient from start to finish. John answered the phone immediately or called right back every time. When I called for a quote John showed at the requested time went right to work inspecting and measuring the roof. He then gave me a quote on the spot with a though and detail explanation of the materials, process and time line. After receiving several other proposals and reviewing AEM's work on other projects I called John back to schedule the job. The materials, dumpster and crew arrived as scheduled. The roof's were stripped and shingled in one day as promised and my proportety as clean if not cleaner than when they arrived. At the end of the day the only you would know they were there was the looked beautiful and the lawn sign in my front yard. Several days of hard rain and no leaks.

Roof replacement was best home repair experience. John along with both Kevin(s) and front line guys were a great team to work with. Professional, personable, and non pressuring. The entire AEM team were professional and completed the entire job in one day which included the House with an addition as well as my shed! Removing old shingles is a dirty job and my house had two layers. The cleanup was ongoing during the entire process not just at the end of the day. My yard was clean and free of nails which was a concern of my wife. A hard working team that was curtious and professional. I would highly recommend their service to all of my friends.

John and his crew bento over backwsards to mazkde sure my leaking roof was replaced in one day, they started shortly afoter 7:00AM and was completed by the end of the day, which swas stgripping the old shingles, replacing all the plywood and installing the new shingles. thier dumpster contractor after picking up the dumpster, checked to make sure there were no nails in our driveway, HIGHLY RECOMMEND AEM FOR YOUR ROOFING PROJECT.
