They stayed within 5-7% of our original budget, which was really important to us. And although there were a couple delays due to rain, they were back out at the very earliest possible. They were fast and friendly and understood our expectations. It pays to have someone who listens well.

I got several bids for this project. AEM was the most reasonable. I had a number of questions about things we were considering - they provided options. Work was completed in one day. Clean up was thorough. They followed up to resolve any issues and to determine if I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this company.

I had contacted AEM in the fall with the intent of doing my roof in the spring. However before spring arrived, my roof began leaking during a heavy rainfall. In a panic, I called AEM for emergency tarping. Kevin arrived in an hour to install the tarp which saved my home's interior from further damage. The roof was later replaced, and I could not have asked for a better experience. The roof looks great and, more importantly, it is sound. Good customer service is very important to me and AEM did not disappoint, answering all questions and providing detailed information on work, materials, warranty etc. On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time, worked very efficiently to complete the job in one day, and cleaned up as if they had never been there. I would not hesitate to recommend AEM Roofing Services.

Look no further. Being a homeowner for over 50 years, this is the BEST company I have ever dealt with. They explain, they communicate, and they do everything they said they were going to do. They put a new roof and gutters on my home and the work was excellent. If you need this type of work done, don't bother to call anyone else. They cleaned the property after the work was done just like they said they would. I only wish I had another roof that needed replacing.

When hiring a contractor for home repairs such as a new roof, I look for someone who is experienced, reliable, professional, and competitively priced, Although I had several quotes and visits from other roofing companies and all were comparably priced, John from AEM provided a very detailed quote for the work and also took the additional initiative to go into the attic to identify the source of the roof leak. The new roof was installed in one day and John's team also addressed a leak over my garage where flashing had been incorrectly installed when the home was built. If you want to be sure the roofing products and workmanship are of high quality with a project that is on time and on budget, I strongly recommend hiring AEM.

I got multiple quotes for my roof and all were very similar. The difference with AEM was that they did not simply visit, glance at the roof and quote a price. They sat down with me and explained the process, explained how they are different and gave promises of the type of work that they do. On top of that, they backed up everything they said with regard to the workmanship and attention to detail. Would definitely hire them again.
