I interviewed 3 companies for roof estimates and by far AEM was the most professional, courteous and considerate company that I dealt with. John explained everything to me about the roofing process and kept me aware of timelines. I was unable to be there the day that the roof was done but John sent me pictures of the roof as the work progressed When the job was completed the roof was beautiful and the yard was as clean and unharmed as it was before they started. I feel very confident in the workmanship and would highly recommend AEM. I have no doubt that I made the right decision when I hired this company. I highly recommend them.

John showed up quickly to scope out the job for quoting. I could tell that he knew what he was doing right off. He Spent a good amount of time measuring and inspecting the roof before giving me a quote. He went over his product and what he was going to do in great detail. Was reasonable with price negotiations. Was in contact with me about the schedule. Did a great job.

Extremely professional company, delivering exactly as discussed. John was on time for our initial appointments, was not pushy in any way (like some others I've experienced in the past) and outlined all details so I had little to know questions afterwards. Their crew was in/out in one day and left my yard immaculate - not a nail or wrapper to be found! I am so pleased with my new roof and highly recommend AEM to anyone considering roof replacement/repair (and actually already have!).

Professional, reliable and incredible workmanship. John Ruzzo called me on New Years Day and was on time for our appointment on Monday. His price was incredibly reasonable. Everything went exactly as John had outlined. My roof was completed in one day! I love my new roof and I would highly recommend AEM and John Ruzzo.

After working with a previous roofing firm, that firm confirmed on a Saturday morning that they would be arriving later that morning to begin work. Never showed, never called. That company was found on a social website. I then turned to HomeAdvisor, and contacted 3 contractors, AEM being one of them. One never showed and the other I cancelled. John and Mike were both courteous, professional and actually called when they said they would call. Restored my faith in contractors. Plus, I got a new roof 3 days before New Year's Day. would recommend AEM for any roofing needs.

I needed a new roof and already had a couple of estimates. After finding AEM on Home Advisor, they were able to come out that afternoon. Right away, I felt comfortable with them; their explanation of the work was detailed and would include replacing everything, except the chimney! We even discussed 4 skylights that I was thinking of replacing. I confirmed their registration and insurance with the RI Contractors Registration Board. After receiving their quote and hearing they could start within a couple of weeks, I decided to have them do the work. Communication with AEM was excellent as they planned for materials and dumpster drop-off, etc. Any calls I made were quickly returned. The entire job was completed in one day, including the skylights. The owner was available in person, the workers were punctual, experienced and courteous. At the end of the day, my yard was clean of all debris, the work was high quality and my new roof looked fantastic. I had been dreading replacing my roof, worried about finding the right contractor, etc. AEM turned out to be the right company for the job and even made it a pleasant experience.
