ZIGGY'S SONS CONSTRUCTION CO

I am building a workshop myself on my property and wanted a permanent foundation / floor to be part of it. I've done some small construction before but never needed to have a foundation with concrete floor installed. I started with the notion that I would try to dig and pour the foundation and floor myself, but after a week of digging and them some more digging, I quickly realized I needed a professionals help. I found some concrete foundation company names online as well as through national construction seeking clearing house, all found via Google and was not getting any call backs. I was not familiar with the type of service I needed or the provider types so I called (JD Masonry) a mason service which was one of the top rated providers on Angie's List, they informed me they did not do foundations, so I ask if they could provide a name of someone. They said Ziggy's Sons out of Cumberland R.I. After calling, John from Ziggy's Sons quickly got back to me and was very receptive to my job needs as well as providing me a very affordable estimate immediately over the phone after I told him the basic building layout. Since I wasn't sure where to start, John gave me the names of a few people as well he called a few people who could help me with the pre and post foundation groundwork, site excavation, backfill, floor/slab install, etc, all whom were in touch with me quickly and scheduled the work to coincide with Ziggy's Sons work with little delay. John communicated with me frequently about the schedule and made sure it worked for me as much as it worked for him and his crew. I was always aware of what was to happen on what day as well as the timing for the concrete delivery, which John arranged for as part of the job, for a very reasonable rate from a trusted supplier. John and his crew always arrived when he said they would, worked quickly and finished the job right on schedule. There wasn't any trash and nothing was left out place after they left. John kept to his estimate as well as came well under with regards to the concrete costs and delivery. We are extremely satisfied Ziggy's Sons and the work they did. John was communicative, friendly and personable, as well as patient and informative about what I needed to do prior and after his work was completed, giving me many tips going forward as I complete my workshop job. We highly recommend Ziggy's Sons Construction.

HE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND DOES VERY NICE WORK. HE SAT DOWN AND TOLD US EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO TO REPAIR MY STEPS. HE GOT TO WORK AND FINISHED IN GOOD TIME. THERE IS NO LOOSE SPOTS ANYMORE.
