Jon was recommended to us by our realtor. He was prompt, courteous and professional in during his visit to estimate the job, which he provided on the spot, fully itemized. When I pointed to a crack on an eave thinking it was a painting issue, he advise me that it was something more than that and recommended I have a roofer look at it (and after he finished the painting job, he wrote me a note to remind me of it).
We chose Jon from multiple bids on the basis of his demeanor, prices, and availability, and we've had no regrets. We gave him a key to let himself in before we moved in, and he got it all done on time. He and his crew did a high-quality job. Very neat, clean and careful. They removed and replaced wall plates, knobs, etc. He labelled all the cans of leftover paint so we would know what was used where. Jon cares about his craft and is intelligent and articulate. We'll be having him back to do the post-move touch-ups.
