Dave arrived on time, is personable, communicates well and operates efficiently. I used him to aerate our lawn. When he found out that we had some dead lawn he went over the lawn twice. At the same time he over seeded the lawn. He uses the type of aerator that pops a piece of soil out of the ground and this is the best method. His price appeared to be high but I didn’t give him a lower rating because I didn’t get a competitor”s price for comparison and his equipment is expensive.

There were very helpful and give other ideas to improve my yard.

The job was rushed through. Never seen a guy work so fast with no attention to detail. Large areas were missed and not cut. The grass around the trees and flowers beds were not trimmed. I had to hire another landscaper to clean my yard up after the fact.

David did a great job on my front yard.
