Description of Work: He came out to my house to repair my treadmill. The belt kept slipping so I couldn't use it safely. According to the repair person, it was a common problem that he was able to easily fix. I may have paid less that the $150, I just don't recall the actual amount or the exact date of service but it was over $100 and fell within his basic fee to come out and it was this Spring. I would definitely call him again should I have another problem with my machine.

+ -1 more100% satisfied with Ocean State Fitness Repair (Tom). I called six fitness equipment repair companies and left voicemails when my treadmill broke down. Tom called me back within 2 hours; all the other places waited between 4 days and a week! (Needless to say, I no longer needed them by then.) Tom came to my house on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and put a rush order in with the motor repair person he works with. After the motor was repaired, he came back and promptly restored my machine to better than working order. He was polite, pleasant, and professional. He was a few dollars more than the other places, but that was a small price to pay for his efficiency and his hassle-free service.
