+ -1 moreRay was responsive, on time, pleasant, and efficient. Repair of our old valve and diverter required the right tools, patience, and the right touch. Ray had it all, and his price was very reasonable. His ability to make these repairs saved us the high cost of a total valve replacement. I highly recommend Ray Dionne.
Description of Work: Maintenance of 40 year old tub/shower valve and diverter replacement. With help from Delta customer service, I was able to identify the correct Delta replacement parts and found them in stock at Home Depot for about $100. Ray had the right touch to carefully remove the old parts and easily install the parts I purchased. On my own, I could have easily damaged the valve and made a costly total replacement necessary.

Description of Work: They replaced my water heater and made some other minor repairs. They were so helpful in explaining options for immediate repairs as well as for providing advice for future improvements. I was so grateful because they came the morning after my water heater burst - I did not expect that anyone would come out on the morning of New Year's Eve. I highly recommend this company!!!
