Crystal Painting

Overall very good. Finished late in season when temperatures were marigional.

Process went fine. Immediately available to come out for a quote. Flexible schedule. Needed (2) full mornings. Longer duration on first day due to wall repair. Second day smoother. Process ironed out for trickier area. Crystal Painting was good about their pricing. My wife was home first day and she requested less since she had already double-coated one portion. Crystal then quoted based on that info. However, they maintained the same price when I incorrectly asked them to paint the entire area with a second coat as I was home the second day. So, was glad when they just trusted my request and said they'd quote same price either way just in case it was their mistake.

Excellent. Rick was very professional and quick in returnign calls. He also came out fairly quickly to do the estiamte. He kept to his estimate even when the work turned out to be more work than he had expected. He was very neat, work was excellent, quality of paint used was top of the line. He did an excellent job wiht the prep work which really showed in the final product. He was excellent in communicating when he would be arrivng each day, and setting expectaions for how long the job would take. He also took the time to explain issues with my original paint job which will be helpful as we paint future rooms. I would choose Cyrstal Painting again without question if I have any interior or exterior painting needs.
