+ -1 moreHe is an awesome guy. Anytime we have a problem, we'll call him and he even knows us. He keeps track of everything we call him for. I almost felt like I know him forever. Anytime we have a problem, he is right there. They even have an emergency phone number where you can call him and you get a call like an hour...it depends how busy they are but I never gone an hour without hearing from them. He is an honest person with integrity. He will not lead you bad. He'll be honest with you and say if he cannot do it he will refer you to someone or you can find somebody else. He is very helpful.
Description of Work: I've used COIA Sanitation SVC. He came and checked because it was backing up into our house. He didn't do the excavating, he just looked at it and he said that the best thing he could do is empty it. Then he referred me to somebody else who came and put cameras into the system and they found that it was a clog.
