Description of Work: They showed up to clean out my basement locker after the designated time window with a truck 2/3 full, announced that they could either schedule another time with an empty truck or do what they could and I could order another truck later, repeating the minimum cost. They took things out efficiently but could only take half the stuff. Refused to handle cinder blocks. I got another company who did a much better job on the second half.

I would definitely use this service again and have nothing negative to say .Contrary to the 1-800 brochure I did get an estimate first and then called back 3 days later to arrange a pick up date when I had some competing estimates. I would recommend this procedure to all paricularly a new user of this service instead of rushing right in.
Description of Work: Truly profesional ! They came right on time and did exactly what I wanted and what they had agreed to do.. They were led by Chris who was efficient ,capable and above all pleasant and positive. We had 43 years and 4 children later in this house and had trash sorted in the garage and the basement which I had no way to dispose of . Needless to say they loaded everything in their trucks in about an hour and were on their way to the disposal site. Good job !

+ -1 moreGreat experience. Scheduled appointment online. Two energetic and up-beat young men arrived promptly in two clean trucks. After looking at the two piles of junk in my basement, they gave me an estimate which I accepted, and they quickly and cheerfully removed everything and loaded it on the truck.
Description of Work: Removed old furniture, television, windows, garden tools from my basement.
