 + -1 moreWe were not very happy with them so they did not charge us anything. They accepted that that the work they did was not good work and they will be redoing the work. They were very good in terms of marketing and coming out to give us an estimate. At least they acted like they knew what they were talking about. However, when they actually got to the work they did not deliver what they told us. The service they provided was very good. They are supposed to be a very reputed company. They have been in the area for 80 years. We called somebody for second opinion but it was not better than the initial work we had done. They are very responsive but I am still waiting for the final result after they redo the work. I am going to give them another chance as they are a very reputable company.
Description of Work: I used Warwick Floors in October for hardwood flooring. The work did not come out the way we wanted it to so they will be redoing the work in spring.

 + -1 moreI WAS NOT HAPPY TO USE THIS COMPANY. THE JOB THE CREW DID ON THE SUB-FLOOR WAS ATROCIOUS. THEY DRUG OUT THE INSTALLATION BY WORKING ONLY THREE HOUR DAYS. I COULD NOT USE MY KITCHEN FOR THREE WEEKS, WHICH INCLUDED EASTER WEEKEND.
Description of Work: I HAD THIS COMPANY INSTALL AN ENGINEERED FLOOR IN OUR CONDO. IT IS DESIGNED TO COVER CONCRETE. THEY HAD TO INSTALL A THIN LAYER OF CONCRETE TO LEVEL THE SUB-FLOOR.
