ThumbsUp was recommended to us but did not tell us the drain cleaning would be subcontracted out. The subcontractor came to the job unprepared, then did not return as scheduled. When he finally showed up, he was unprofessional and, worst of all, proudly told us he was unvaccinated.

He arrived when scheduled without the proper equipment. After an additional hour (during which time I was the one to empty the old tank of water) he returned still without the proper equipment (hand-truck). He could not carry the old tank without my help else he would have damaged my stairway and lawn. He took too many cigarette breaks and disposed of the butts in my driveway. And I was very disappointed in the fact that there is only a 6-year guarantee on the new tank. For the price, I would have expected at least a 10-year limit.

Shaq initially came out for a hot water issue and also took the time to change out a faucet. He was prompt informative and made it out on Memorial Day that is huge on a Holiday. I definitely will be booking Shaq for any future plumbing issues.
