Ham GHONEM This has been a great experience working with this company, Pool Source, in building our in-ground 18 x 40 foot pool. Me and my family are extremely happy and fully satisfied with all the work that they performed with a very high standard in every step of the building process. In addition, the staff that handled the project, particularly the project manager, Andrew, has dealt with with us in the utmost professional manner and were exceptionally knowledgeable and able to in accommodate and provide excellent advices for all our requests in the design, construction and operation stages of building the pool. All the people they have recommended to us to complete the electrical, gas connection, and hardscape were highly professional. Thank you Andrew, Brandon, Dave and Nick. Our pool looks amazing and we highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them in the future.

The Pool Source put an in ground pool and a hot tub in our backyard 3-4 years ago. When we were getting estimates they were not the cheapest but also not the most expensive ones. The guys did an excellent job when doing estimates and explaining things to us. They came when they said they would and put a beautiful pool in 10 days and a hot tub (took only few days for that.) They were courteous, knowledgable and hard working. One of the best building/construction crews we've ever worked with. They've been servicing both pool and hot tub since. Always great service at reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

The Pool Source did a fantastic job with this project. Every aspect of this job was handled with a high degree of professionalism and reliability. Our initial contact was with Andrew at the store who did a great job walking us through our design options, accessories, etc. Once we signed on, our project was managed by Ken. Ken is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Very generous with his time, takes time to explain all aspects of the work. As you can imagine, installing an in-ground pool is a very large project and can be daunting for home owners. In our case, the grade of the land in our backyard presented some challenges, but the team at Pool Source came up with very workable solutions. Great communication and very accessible. My family and I are very happy with the pool, as well as the experience we had working with this company. Their commitment to customer service is excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend The Pool Source.
