They were prompt and thorough. They did everywhere from the baseboards on up to the ceilings. They didn't miss anything. They even dusted the ceilings. I was very pleased with their work.

They typically clean the bathrooms, floors, vacuum carpets, make the beds with clean sheets, etc. We've used them for several years and we're satisfied with their service.

They cleaned the whole house top to bottom as well as the fridge and stove.

They do a good job and they are very thorough. They are available on the day I need them. I am usually not here when they are here.

Overall, it went well and we will use them again.

Overall they do an okay, but not great, job. I am not home while they clean, which might be part of the problem. They claim to pay special attention to different rooms on a rotating basis. However, they rarely get the hairspray off the walls and floor in the bathroom, even on the special attention weeks. They have broken a few items, and were willing to assist with paying to replace what was broken. I have been using them for several years and they have always been reliable and trustworthy. They are easy to contact and are professional.

They have being cleaning my house for almost 2 years. I never had a problem with them. They are very punctual and do the job right. If you have a problem, just call Peter the owner and he will try to fix the problem. They use the same crew every time they come to my house, so you do not have to be concerned who is coming today. Overall, they do a great job and I will continuous to use them.

Had this service for over a year. In general they started out doing an excellent job. Often had a supervisor drop in. Past 2 cleaning the quality went down. Had to remind them of specific tasks that were included in the agreement. Last service they removed my garbage and put it in their car. Owner, when asked why, stated that they did not want to walk on a wet floor. This is worrisome to me that they would remove my garbage and take it with them % impossible since there is no way this was an issue. They did not clean laundry room and owner, when told of this, did not offer to address this. I canceled the service. Never heard back as to my displeasure.

As with many cleaning services things always start out great. After many years of poor quality, price increases, broken home items and complete lack of communication, we decided enough was enough and fired the company.

We have been using this company for years and it's time to give up. There are usually between 2-4 people that come and they are always a mixed bag. Sometimes the same people will come for a few visits but it'sconstantly changing, you never know who will come. Even if I ask a worker if they will be returning for the next clean, they say yes, but then someone else shows up. Not a big problem, but no information gets carried between workers, no one knows where our cleaning products are or where the trash bags are. So after they come all the trash is taken out but there's no bag in the kitchen waste bin (so you must be thoughtful to remember to put one in before throwing food scraps away). What really bothers me: -There has been things broken, a ceramic spoon rest for the stove (an particularly old one of sentimental value), and the child proof lock for the toilet seat -My 1 yr olds art work that was in our living room was crumpled up and thrown away....for no apparent reason. And it was clearly a child's piece of art of sponge painting and her name written on it. -Everytime they come they leave this expansive list which is supposed to have a rotation of duties performed each time. Sometimes they stick to the list and only do what is supposed to be done that week, but most of the time they just wash the floors, vacuum, and clean the bathrooms. -They only do the toilet bowl, not the outside of it. And I think they only use watered down vinegar and baking soda to clean, which leaves behind the hard water stains and soap scum, and sometimes there is a pool of white stuff on the floor of the shower stall (the baking soda). And we have a pretty large stock of cleaning products that will get it actually cleaned. -They take everything off the large kitchen island to clean it and return things in a great big pile and leave stuff from the island on the other counter tops in the kitchen. -More than once in the summer time when we have the AC running they clean with the outside door open, letting the house fill with flies. -Once during the holiday season I tired to schedule an extra clean and no one ever returned my call. I could go on but don't need to. All these things are not huge screaming problems, but pile one on top of the other and I'm just tired of it all. And considering how long we have used this company, I know that it isn't a 'one time only' sort of issue. I would not recommend this company unless what you are having cleaned is a place where you don't really care about the specifics.

Each visit often had different cleaners than previous visits, although for some short stretches of time we'd get the same cleaners. They usually did an average job, but the attention to detail was lacking and it just wasn't as thorough as some cleaners we've worked with in the past. Peter was great to work with and very responsive and professional. I would have liked to have stayed with this company but the value simply wasn't there and I know that other cleaning companies would be more thorough.

They are dependable, they do a good job. They usually send more than 2 people to do the job. I have had them for more than a year and am satisfied with what they have done.

They were okay. They did what they said they were going to do, but they weren't doing a fantastic job. For the money, I could have done it myself. I will not use them again in the future.

They are very thorough and base their cost on the number of rooms they do. They are wonderful and I will use them again in the future.

The work goes smothly, and quickly yet thourghly. the supervisor makes surprise visits when they are cleaning to check on their quality and be sure the job is done as asked..

They did a wonderful job, on short notice - right before Christmas. I couldn't be happier! The entire house was shining when I came home. They did a great job and made my holiday. Would highly recommend.
