Description of Work: Superior really lived up to its name. My wife and I arrived home on March 24th after a six week absence only to find a water pipe had burst during that time along with a frozen drain pipe cracked in the main bathroom. After shutting off the main water valve, I called Superior and told them we needed immediate help to fix the burst water pipe. They recognized the emergency and were able to arrange their current schedule to arrive at our home in a short time, assess the damage and make a quick repair to a cold water line. They inspected all the water line offshoots on that side of the house,and checked the valves to ensure they were closed. Next they scheduled a repair of a very difficult to reach cracked frozen water drain pipe, which required making an access hole in the ceiling adjacent to the kitchen range and identifying the best method to get to the drain without causing further extensive damage to the kitchen. The work was performed professionally and with courtesy.
